Payments
You agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined in your chosen plan.Please note that the subscription pricing advertised on our website is subject to change. While we aim to provide as much notice as possible, Club Ducks Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust subscription fees and introduce new pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, typically via email, to ensure you have time to review and make any necessary adjustments to your subscription.
Renewals & Cancellation
Your annual subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel beforehand. If you cancel, we’ll make your data available for 30 days in a format we choose. After that, we may delete your stored data.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Club Ducks platform is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees—express or implied—about performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We also don’t promise the accuracy of website content or linked materials.
Limitation of Liability
Club Ducks Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss of data, profit, or business interruption resulting from use—or inability to use—our platform or website.
General Terms
This agreement reflects our full understanding. It does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. You don’t have authority to act on behalf of Club Ducks Pty Ltd.

The subscription model promoted on our website is designed for clubs managing up to 100 sponsors and a membership base of 750 or fewer. If your club or organisation exceeds these limits, you may require our Enterprise Subscription, which offers enhanced features and scalability.
