What’s Included:
Barcodes | Digital Membership Cards
All digital membership cards are produced with individual barcodes designed to integrate with your club’s Point of Sale System (POS)
Member details, including their unique barcodes, can be downloaded from your Club Ducks management portal via a CSV file and then uploaded to your club POS.
You may need to check with your POS provider to ensure Club Ducks is compatible and that you have the capacity to upload barcodes and member details directly from a Club Ducks-generated CSV file.
The system is designed so that when the club scans a member’s barcode, it opens that member’s details in the club POS.
Important:
Digital Membership Cards – All digital membership cards are generated with a barcode, regardless of whether your club uses a POS system.
Club Ducks is not a POS system. Your ability to manage member functions (e.g. scan barcodes, provide discounts, bar credits, etc.) depends on your club POS capabilities.
Club Ducks membership barcodes displayed on digital membership cards are designed purely to identify your member. The level of functionality available will depend on the capabilities of your POS system.
The subscription plans we promote on our website is suited for clubs with up to 100 sponsors and 750 members or less. If your club is a bit bigger than that, you might need our Enterprise Subscription, which is built to handle larger numbers. It's not listed online, so feel free to reach out to us directly—we’re happy to chat and find the right fit for you.
Duckling Subscription
The Duckling plan is ideal for clubs managing up to 12 sponsors, and 25 members providing an affordable and scalable solution to build and maintain strong sponsorship relationships from the ground up. The idea behind The Duckling is simple — by supporting early adoption among smaller clubs, we're helping lay the foundation for long-term sponsorship growth. With the right tools in place from the start, clubs can grow confidently and sustainably toward a larger sponsorship and membership base. We believe that accessibility empowers progress, and the Duckling subscription is our commitment to making professional management available to clubs of all sizes.
Data Collection
Club Ducks collects personal information—such as your club profile details—directly from you when you visit our website, contact our team, or create an account to use our platform and services.
We never sell your personal data or the data of your end users, nor do we allow third parties to use it for their own marketing purposes.
